PerformanceG2 has an immediate opening for a Cognos TM1 Developer Consultant. This is a consultant development role in the deployment of Cognos TM1 solutions. The Cognos TM1 Developer will create TM1 cubes for organizations and clients, oversee architecture and support for TM1 and Financial Management projects.

Skills required include:

3+ years of Cognos TM1 development/support experience
Experience in developing and supporting financial reporting systems
Exposure or knowledge of other Financial Management tools
Exposure or knowledge of creating MS SQL statements
Experience with Windows Operating System
Solid understanding of database concepts

Job Opening: Senior Cognos BI Consultant

PerformanceG2 has an immediate opening for a Cognos Business Intelligence Consultant. While it is desired, it is not necessary to have experience with Cognos. We will provide mentoring, training and form certification in Cognos technologies.

The Cognos Consultant at PerformanceG2 will be actively involved in providing objective guidance, expertise and specialist skills in implementing end-to-end business intelligence solutions. Consultants deliver a wide variety of services such a requirements analysis, reporting, dashboard development and OLAP delivery with the aim of creating value added solutions meeting our client’s business needs.

The day-to-day activities of Cognos consultants are often complex and varied. Consultancy is essentially entrepreneurial in nature and project-based. Projects can vary in legnth depending on the type of consultancy, firm and the demands of the client. They can involve an individual or a large team.

Skills required include:

0-3 years of BI development experience in Cognos
0-3 years of report development experience using Cognos Studio
0-3 years experience in Metadata modeling using Framework Manager
0-3 years experience in OLAP modeling using Cognos Transformer
1-3 years of BI development experience
Exposure or knowledge of other BI tools like Business Objects or OBIEE
