• “I highly recommend PerformanceG2 for all Business Intelligence solutions. They provided great service at a reasonable price that far exceeded technical expertise by going the extra mile to understand our business at the most basic transactional level.”

  • Perform with intelligence

PerformanceG2 was formed in 2008 as a spin-off of Merador, LLC. – a California-based Cognos consulting company. While operating at Merador between 2002 and 2008, the PerformanceG2 team successfully implemented over 200 performance management consulting and training solutions in a wide range of industries, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, health care, retail, manufacturing, high-tech, hospitality, government and more.

During our time as Merador, we won the following Cognos performance awards:

Cognos Partner Summit Award for Partner Sales Excellence; Top Cognos Partner in North America in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008; and Cognos Rising Star Award Accelerated Growth in 2006.

    G2 mission

The PerformanceG2 name says a lot about our core mission. In the U.S. military, the code name for intelligence is “G-2”—the information, analysis, reports that enable strategy to be translated into tactical decisions that optimize performance.

Our goal is to ensure that our clients have the right G-2 about their business—customers, products, markets and people to ensure success. We do so by partnering with the best technology companies—and then hire top consultants to ensure that you get the most out of your investment.

Our consultants combine strong technical skills with solid business experience. Many of our senior consultants who lead our engagements have at one time or another been on the client’s “side of the table”—facing the same strategic and tactical challenges you face every day. PerformanceG2 believes that this is a key to success: Because performance management solutions must be business focused, it is essential that the people who design and implement these solutions understand the business goals and objectives that your company is trying to achieve.
